Rosharon is an located in Brazoria County, Texas. Also known as Buttermilk Station, the land was originally settled as sugar and cotton plantations. The name Rosharon comes from an engineer who purchased land and called his estate the ‘Rose of Sharon Garden Ranch,’ thus the derivative name of Rosharon was born later.
